Previously a language school which had been closed down for over a year. We acquired the property unconditionally with the idea of replacing the old school building with a contemporary building suitable for one of our social housing clients. Whilst working on our planning application we were approached by the Cambian Group who operate specialised schools for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
